We are beginning an adventure into starting a polyculture farm in Baker County, FL. Through the downfall of the economy, we were trying our best to save a dollar. We strung up the old T-Bars, started our first city garden, Lit up oil lamps on cool evening...Only to find, in the end, a dream that came through hard times. Our wanna-be farm is nestled on 20 acres, that has moss draped mature pecan trees, our mixed flock of chickens with multi-colored eggs, ducks, geese, nubian goats, a pet rabbitry with Holland Lops and Mini-rex bunnies. We are honing in our gardening skills using only Non-GMO Heirloom vegetables...organically grown (seeking certification). We offer home-made jams, using as many organic products as possible. They are very diversified from Caribbean Jam to Caramelized Onion. We also have goat milk soaps! Our kids went from the city life to learning to be lil farmer's. Please join us on our adventure updates on Facebook.
