Pasture Hill Farm - We are a small farm located in Granger Township, Medina County, Ohio. We raise pastured organic chickens and pastured turkeys. Our chickens are certified organic Our turkeys are raised on certified organic feed and on certified organic pastures but are not certified. Our goal at Pasture Hill Farm is to offer the best product available at reasonable prices that everyone can enjoy. Our chickens and turkeys are sold whole and either fresh or frozen.
