Mink Meadow Farm

We grow more than 80 varieties of certified organic fruits and vegetables for sale at our roadside farmstand, through our CSA, and wholesale to a few neighboring farms and businesses. Both our farmstand and CSA pick-up site are conveniently located in Etna, NH on Etna Rd: a well-traveled route for those living in Hanover, Norwich, Lyme, Enfield, and beyond. Say hello to the chickens and cows while you're picking up your weekly vegetables, or take a ride on the tire swing!

After nearly 25 years of combined experience working on organic farms in the Upper Valley, Seth and Sarah began growing vegetables on this family land in 2020. It's a two-person operation, often aided by volunteer helping hands from family and friends and all made possible with the support of our CSA members and steadfast farmstand visitors. We're committed to organic, sustainable, and regenerative practices. This land has been farmed for generations and our ultimate goal is to "feed the soil" while we feed our neighbors.
