Quality: All of our livestock are raised on pasture and supplemented with local non-GMO feed. Through the grazing season they are moved across the farm routinely to keep them healthy and happy. This translates to a more nutrient dense product that is lean but packed with flavor. It creates a meal that you can feel confident about serving your family every night of the week. Affordability: We believe everyone should be able to have access to good food. Not just our friends blessed with wide wallets or a deep freeze which is why we have an array of buying options. From individual cuts, variety packs small enough to fit in a grocery bag (and still under $100) all the way up to bulk buying options which the savings easily offset the cost of a small chest freezer. Sustainability: We take sustainability very seriously and are continuously working to find better methods to run the farm. Whether it is our solar powered lights in the hen house, or designing a rain catch system for watering livestock, being good stewards of our farm and the world we all share is always at the forefront of our mind.
