Buzz Off, Honey

We are a small apiary located in Hudson Ohio that sells honey, 100% beeswax candles, and other bee related products. When the weather is nice we have a self-service roadside stand but you can always call or email for special orders.

We are committed to chemical free hives and honey. We are not certified organic, but very few US apiaries are because the FDA requires proof that every flower the bees forage is organic. We do treat our bees for common pests like varroa mite - but we use naturally occurring substances like formic acid (ants make it!).

We try to time our harvests with the nectar flows to capture the unique flavor of each season (spring - dandelion and flowering trees, summer - clover, and fall - goldenrod and wildflowers).
