7M Family Farms

7M Family Farms is a Family Owned nestled in the Mountains of North East Georgia, as a family we have been farming over a 100 years in some aspect which goes all the way back to our Great Grand Parents Dairy Farm. In Ohio and Citrus Farm in Florida, now the 4th generation Farmer has started a different era plus being able to work with family daily makes our lives so much more thankful and WE cannot wait till the next generations continue what our Great Grandparents an Grand Parents started and continue for the next 100 years. WE have seen all types of farming over the years from selecting the seeds to see our mules pulling the plows to the new GPS Tractors doing the work, the Joy is seeing our product grow and go to millions of Americans spoons and forks knowing there eating safe fresh locally grown products. As a grower, now we're going to scale down to a Small Greenhouse Hydroponic Farm to Promote Locally Grown Year Round pesticide free fruits and vegetables and we will not use any GMO seeds. We will continue some conventional open field farming but it will now be pesticide free using organic supplies. We as a family love our land and being a good steward of the land will in turn give us safe to eat products to US and our CSA Members and our local community along with knowing our land will be safe for generations to come. Finally the farm will have tours as well as pick your own days as we build our CSA program, then our community and members will gain the trust in our farms operation so they can see the risk and the rewards of operating a farm with some hands on experience.
