CSA: Noble Foods

VALUE

We reserve the best produce for our members and share in our bounty. This means extra tomatoes for canning, cukes for pickling, and greens for freezing. Weekly shares run $25/week but members can expect the actual value to far exceed this sum.

VARIETY

Each share contains a minimum of eight items. In the high season members can choose from an array of culinary herbs, greens, tomatoes, squash, eggplant, carrots and beets. Customize your share to meet your weekly needs.

TASTE

Members can expect the highest quality produce harvested the day of pickup in their weekly shares. Freshness makes for flavor. Mad Flavor.

ADD-ONS

We partner with some of the finest beef and cheese producers in Columbia County. Add-on Ardith Mae Farm goat cheese and grass-fed Devon beef from Harrier Fields Farm to each share and have a burger or two to go with your veg.

MEMBERS ONLY

Noble Foods members have special access on the day of pickup to the farm. Gather flowers from our fields, hang with the goats, and see where your food grows. Plan on attending our Farm Dinner for the CSA Members on October 15th.
